We've come to terms with the fact that we just don't have the time for any kind of news section on the site. So rather than have some crappy never-updated blog, we figured we'd have nothing. That way we don't dissapoint you or ourselves. Obviously we'll update the site when new issues come out and for anything else interesting.

EMPTY is a magazine about creativity, in all its forms. It's really that simple. It's published 4 times a year.

Oh and just for the record, we are a print mag not an online mag. So get your sticky little paws to the newsagents and grab yourself a copy!

We are based in Sydney (Australia, not Texas). The magazine is distributed throughout newsagents and specialist bookstores in Australia.

We here at EMPTY are art sluts. We like seeing your art (preferably nude with a can of baby oil!). We like all sorts of stuff... writing, designs, monkeys, illustrations, porn, paintings, photos, monkey porn, etc. We can't get enough.

So, send us your art and if we're drunk, and your lucky, we might even put it in the mag.

Send low res files only please. Any emails over 1mb will be deleted, shot, punched in the groin and then deleted again.

Ok, lets get honest here, we really have no idea where the bloody magazine is going. Our distributor, God bless them, sends them to different people each time and we can't keep track. So our advice is to check your larger local newsagents, arty bookstores, or Borders type mega-shops. If you still can't find a copy then we suggest you subscribe. That way your guaranteed to receive a copy. Easy peasy. Oh, and you save $$$ so it makes sense.
